Track motorized high-performance single-coordinate scanner for automated ultrasonic inspection of annular welded joints made of non-magnetic and magnetic materials with a diameter from 325 mm to 1420 mm by FR and TOFD methods
The ELEPHANT scanner is designed for automated ultrasonic inspection of annular welded joints by FR and TOFD methods. The scanner provides high monitoring performance by moving up to 4 FR converters and up to 8 TOFD or traditional ultrasonic control converters simultaneously. The scanner is easy to use and is used for operation in heavy industrial conditions. The scanner is moved along the track.
The SALON scanner is equipped with an encoder with the ability to register ultrasound data automatically. The scanner elements are made of corrosion-resistant materials.
