Motorized single-coordinate scanner on magnetic wheels for conducting automated ultrasonic inspection of control objects made of magnetic materials with a diameter from 159 mm
The SPIDER scanner is designed for ultrasonic inspection of welded joints of pipelines made of pearlite grade steels, using the TOFD method, the phased array method (CFA), with a combination of the phased array and TOFD methods.
The scanner is moved automatically using the scanner control device. It is supplied in 4 configurations, depending on the control method.
The scanner allows you to move up to 8 pairs of TOFD sensors or 4 pairs of TOFD sensors and two pairs of FR sensors.
