Video: Viewing and analyzing the data of automated visual inspection of the weld

Viewing of automated visual inspection data has been added to AUGUR-ANALYSIS software. The data for analysis is collected by a laser triangulation sensor. The data is presented in the form of a three-dimensional profile with the ability to rotate, zoom, scroll, filter.

Defects in the geometry of the weld and surface defects are determined – undercuts, cracks, nicks, metal loss.
