Video: Ultrasonic inspection of welded joints made of stainless steels of the ITER port plug test stand

The ECHOPLUS, together with the customer NPO GCMP LTD, developed a procedure for ultrasonic inspection of welded joints made of stainless steels of the ITER port plug test stand and performed control of the first copy of the stand in accordance with the approved procedure.

The material of the welded products is stainless steel EN 1.4404.

The thickness of the welded objects is from 20 to 300 mm.
