Control by the methods of FR and TOFD at the Omsk refinery

In July 2019, during the work at Gazpromneft-ONPZ JSC (Omsk Refinery), Omsk,  the ECHOPLUS  Company together with LLC "SMSL" at the ELOU-AVT industrial site, the seams of the vacuum column were monitored by TOFD and phased array antenna in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs 7.5.5.2, 7.5.5.3 ASMEBPVC Section VIII-Rules for Construction of Pressure Vessels Division 2 - Alternative Rules.

Both annular and longitudinal welded joints are inspected.

During the control, a GECKO flaw detector and a Mouse AUTO scanning device were used.
