The ECHOPLUS took part in the Gazprom VNIIGAZ LLC exhibition-forum with a demonstration of equipment and technologies for non-destructive quality control of welded joints for the construction and repair of gas pipelines.
More than 300 participants took part in the plenary session and the demonstration and exhibition program, including representatives of Departments and subsidiaries of PJSC Gazprom headed by Deputy Chairman of the Management Board O.E. Aksyutin, leading research institutes, centers and universities of Russia, general contractors and contractors for the construction and repair of gas pipelines, domestic and foreign companies-manufacturers of pipes and connecting parts of pipelines, manufacturers of welding equipment and materials, means (devices and materials) of non-destructive testing.
Dmitry Tikhonov, Technical Director of the ECHOPLUS, spoke on behalf of the company, presenting the AUGUR TF automatic ultrasound system and the new AUGUR ART flaw detector to the participants of the meeting.
The industry meeting on welding production is the most important event for the implementation of the unified technical policy in the area of welding production of Gazprom, which allowed to get acquainted with domestic and world achievements and exchange experience in the field of advanced welding technologies and related processes in the construction, operation and repair of gas production and transport facilities.
