Manual or motorized single-coordinate scanner of reduced dimensions on magnetic wheels for conducting automated ultrasonic inspection of control objects made of magnetic materials with a diameter from 159 mm

The MOUSE-AUTO scanner is designed to monitor welded joints of pipelines, tanks and vessels.

The scanner can be equipped with a gear motor and a scanner control unit for operation in automated movement mode. One or two piezo converters are installed on the scanner and control is provided in a narrow gap (up to 170 mm).

Features
  • The range of controlled diameters of products: from 120 mm to the plane.
  • Equipped with magnetic wheels with the ability to fix the position on the object.
  • Scanning with the use of phased arrays along one axis by manual or motorized method (depending on the configuration).
  • The clamps are equipped with plugs for mounting converters with prisms 30 mm wide.
  • The MOUSE-AUTO scanner is equipped with a control unit for automated movement with speed and direction adjustment.
